· Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
· Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.

We collect names & email addresses for the purposes of contracting to work together. These are recorded in a retention schedule and deleted after 5 years.
We collect names and email addresses for the purpose of a newsletter distribution list, using Mailchimp. We only include emails of those who have either subscribed directly or given consent to be added.

o International Coaching Federation (ICF)
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) conducts periodic audits to verify the coaching experience of coaches seeking ICF credentialing. Applicants for ICF credentials are required to complete an attestation to verify their coaching experience as part of the application process, which requires maintaining a confidential log of client name and coaching hours. However, applicants selected for audit will not submit client logs directly to the ICF.
